Healthy Living Hubs
Our Healthy Living Hubs are designed to bring communities together in the spirit of improving well-being by reducing barriers to good health.
Healthy Living Hubs serve as convenient, central locations where families participate in group fitness classes with options to take cooking classes and a variety of other healthy and family-centered activities. By reducing barriers to healthy living and building healthy habits, we seek to dramatically improve the quality of life for individuals and families in our community.
Healthy Living Hubs are located at more than 15 locations through partnerships with churches, schools, community centers, and agencies throughout Grand Rapids. Programs and activities vary from site to site.
It’s so encouraging to be surrounded by a big group of people that care about their body as well as each other! The energy is contagious!
