Outdoor Personal Training
Join us at a YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids location nearest you for your Outdoor Personal Training Session. Our Certified Personal Trainers will support you in person with bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, conditioning drills and other activities that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Virtual Personal Training
Enjoy your Personal Training Session remotely with guided instruction from your Virtual Personal Trainer. Your trainer will design a custom at home exercise program with your goals and available equipment in mind.
