What is Tier Pricing?
Realizing that families have different abilities to pay, YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin has instituted a voluntary three-tier fee program. You may choose the tier that is most suitable for your family; it is really an honor system.
All campers receive the same experience no matter what they pay. For those families that cannot afford Tier 1, additional financial assistance is available to ensure that all children have this wonderful opportunity to attend camp.
This program is voluntary and in no way influences the experience campers receive, yet it offers the opportunity for families to take an active role in supporting the true cost of their campers’ experience.
Tier 1 | is our historically subsidized rate and does not reflect the true cost of operating summer camp programs. |
Tier 2 | is our partially subsidized fee for those who can pay a little more but still cannot afford the actual cost of camp. |
Tier 3 | more closely accounts for the true costs of camp including wear and tear of building and grounds. |
Financial Assistance | A financial aid scholarship application is available to download or call 888.909.2267. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please select Tier 4 during registration. |
